Civmec has secured a major civil and earthworks package with BHP in the Pilbara, and we’re seeking an experienced Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of this project. The scope includes construction of a new Car Dumper vault, incorporating piling, dewatering, structural retention systems, associated vault works, and the full FRP concrete package. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and project support to ensure smooth coordination across all civil activities on site.

This position is offered on a FIFO 2:1 roster, including night shift. Experience with BHP systems and payroll processes is highly desirable, as it will help you integrate quickly into the project environment and support compliance with client requirements.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare weekly time sheets and submit to payroll
• Experience with ERMS, SAP & Workflow - Highly regarded
• Maintain accurate, personnel, training & compliance records
• Mobilise and demobilise all personnel arriving to and leaving from site
• Maintain and manage registers
• Ensure maintenance and upgrade of project data and statistics
• Ensure maintenance of inspection and testing documentation
• Perform other general duties that may be necessary to suit operational requirements as directed

About You

• Previous experience in a similar role within construction or heavy industry projects
• Strong problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• A commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork
• Ability to communicate with a range of key stakeholders and key role members
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in remote environments
• Experience with systems & Microsoft suite
