The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Site Administrator with a wealth of experience to join the team based at our client site in Weipa QLD.
This role is a permanent full-time role based on a 8D 6RR roster. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment! We want someone who has a ‘can-do attitude’ and is eager to contribute to our busy team. You will be a key player in managing administrative tasks and supporting daily operation.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, travel coordination, scheduling meetings, issuing correspondence, and preparing reports.
- Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including operations, HR, payroll, safety, training, mobilisations and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Working closely with our people logistics team, booking travel and logistics, managing rosters and any changes that come up on a day-to-day basis. Liaise with subcontractors to arrange travel and accommodation requirements.
- Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of site-related documents, including safety records, permits, and compliance reports.
- Raise requisitions and receipt purchase orders as directed by the Site Manager(s).
- Support employees with timesheet entry queries and ensure cost codes are allocated in the relevant systems.
- Act as a liaison between the site and corporate offices, handling inquiries and ensuring timely communication of relevant information.
What is required?
- Demonstrated experience in a similar site-based administration or customer facing role
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using mobilisation and flight management software (INX and SAM)
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
