- Strengthening financial controls, governance and audit readiness.
- Partnering with Finance, Procurement, Operations and IT to improve ways of working.
- Tracking performance metrics and continuously lifting AP efficiency and capability.
- Developing and coaching your team to build a high‑performing, future‑ready AP function.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience leading Accounts Payable or finance operations in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong people leadership skills — you know how to motivate, coach and lift performance.
- Hands‑on expertise with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets.
- A sharp eye for controls, compliance and detail (you don’t miss much).
- A continuous‑improvement and automation experience.
- Excellent stakeholder skills and the confidence to influence across the business.
- Exposure to fraud prevention and risk management would be a bonus!
