About the Role

2027 Graduate Program - Graduate Geologist

• Build well-rounded foundation for your geology career working across exploration and mining
• Planned rotations through Underground, Open pit and Exploration teams

• You will:
• Assist with grade control, ore mark-ups and daily geological interpretation across a range of our high grade assets.
• Assist Geologists with planned drilling programs including logging, sampling and data collection, contributing to the valuable interpretation of early results.
• Contribute to geological modelling, mapping and database management.
• Monitor and report on reconciliation between model, grade control and production.
• Contribute actively to safety on site and the systems that support safe work practices.
• Build strong relationships across geology, mining and processing teams.
• Deliver project work with clear accountability and outcomes.

About You
You are a motivated and curious Graduate Geologist who's ready to apply your knowledge in a real-world environment. You're driven by discovery, thrive on solving problems, and bring a practical mindset to every challenge. You're eager to learn from experienced mentors and contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.

You bring:

• Undergraduate Degree in Geology or Earth Sciences, completed within the most recent 2 years.
• Vacation work experience in mining or exploration will be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive and safe mindset.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A current WA C Class (manual) driver's licence and eligibility for a National Police Clearance.
