About the Role

• Reporting to the Principal Mine Geologist you will work closely with the site based Geological & Technical Services Teams, to support the Underground Mining Team to safely and efficiently extract Cracow’s mineral resources.
• Working under the direction of the Senior Mine Geologist, you will be responsible for the timely, accurate collection, interpretation and maintenance of geological and structural data.

About You / Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Geology or geosciences.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in geology, drilling and geological software
• Unrestricted Manual Drivers Licence
• Relevant supervision experience
• Data management and QAQC reporting
• Awareness of Underground Mine design requirements and work environment
• Understanding and application of relevant sections of the Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Underground mining experience
