About the Role
Glencore is offering four-year Apprenticeship Program which will allow you to develop your skills, experience, and knowledge, and provide you with challenges and opportunities along the way. Our program offers a great mix of hands on and practical training both onsite and at a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
If you are an enthusiastic and motivated person with a commitment to achieve, coupled with a focus on safety, ability to work in teams and good communication skills, we encourage you to apply! Candidates must have completed at least Year 10 by the end of 2026 to be considered.
You will have the opportunity to gain skills, experience and become a qualified tradesperson. This apprenticeship will provide you with ongoing opportunities to work with one of the world’s most successful and diversified natural resource companies.
Upon the successful completion of your apprenticeship, you will have career progression opportunities available and can apply for further engineering studies.
How do you apply?
- Complete the online application form specifying your trade preference. You will be asked to upload your cover letter, resume and copies of the last two (2) years of School reports, TAFE or University results or workplace evidence (for those not currently at school).
- Please note that the selection process will include but not limited to; testing, a face-to-face interview, and a health assessment.
