About the Role

HD Workshop Supervisor with Schedule 26 for a Western Australian mining and civil contractor operating at Ridges Iron Ore Mine. This is a workshop-based role supporting a modern fleet of heavy mobile plant and mining equipment on a family-friendly 2:2 roster.

• Dayshift only | 12-hour shifts
• 2:2 roster
• Workshop-based role
• $90/hr - $95/hr + super (depending on experience)
• Immediate start available

You'll be leading maintenance activities across a fleet that includes

• Volvo A60H Moxy Trucks
• CAT 740 Water Carts
• CAT 14M Graders
• CAT D9 Dozers
• Hitachi 1200 Excavators
• Komatsu PC490 Excavators
• Komatsu WA500 Loaders

Requirements

• S26 (mandatory)
• HD Mechanical Trade Qualification
• Proven HD maintenance supervision experience
• Construction White Card
• Full Australian unrestricted working rights
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with operations, maintenance and site management teams
• Sound knowledge of safe work practices and commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
