About the Role

SRG are seeking an experienced Scaffold Scoper to support Maintenance works based at S32 in the Collie/Bunbury region.

This role is ensuring scaffold scopes are clearly defined, safe, and executable in the field. You will work closely with planners, supervisors, Coordinators and site teams to develop high-quality work packs that improve efficiency and safety during Maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed scaffold work packs for Maintenance/shutdowns/projects
  • Define clear, practical scopes of work for site execution
  • Plan access solutions including stairs, platforms, and landing bays
  • Establish build and dismantle sequences
  • Prepare scaffold drawings (plan, elevation, and mark-ups as required)
  • Create registers/running sheets for each shutdown
  • Note critical risks and hazards associated with working area/conditions
  • Support crews during execution and update packs based on feedback
  • Work closely with draftsman/engineers for more complexed builds

The successful applicant will ideally have:

  • Proven scaffolding experience in heavy industry (mining and refineries)
  • Strong knowledge of scaffold systems (Layher, ATPAC, Tube & Fitting)
  • Experience in shutdown or maintenance environments
  • Ability to develop clear, practical work packs and drawings
  • Strong understanding of safety, risk management, and site requirement
