Job Description
Due to increased growth we’re looking for some Workforce Schedulers to join the Sodexo team.
These roles will be working Monday to Friday in our head office in Balcatta with flexibility to work from home once a week. This is a 6 month max term contract position.
Responsibilities include sourcing labour from the contingency and agency relief pools, scheduling, and managing the Time & Attendance payroll system for frontline employees.
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
- Understanding of rostering principles
- Relevant experience in same or similar industry, FIFO experience preferred
- Excellent planning & people coordination skills
- Strong communication skills and effective time management
