About the Role

Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for a permanent full-time opportunity with a well-established logistics and industrial services organisation based in Bibra Lake.

This is a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day store operations, supervising staff, and ensuring strong performance across the section. The business operates within a structured, safety-focused environment supporting large-scale industrial and warehousing operations and is well regarded for its stability and long-term employment opportunities.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team within a store/warehouse environment, ensuring operational targets are met and standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Training, supervising, and supporting a team of 10+ employees
• Monitoring daily section output and productivity
• Maintaining accurate workplace and operational records
• Supervising section performance and reporting on outcomes
• Conducting workplace assessments and ensuring compliance with procedures and standards
• Supporting continuous improvement across processes and team performance

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role (warehouse, logistics, or similar environment)
• Strong ability to manage and lead operational teams
• High attention to detail with strong record-keeping skills
• Ability to monitor performance and drive productivity outcomes
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to workplace health and safety
