About the Role

Support the day-to-day success of our Wacol Distribution Centre as the Administrator Warehouse Support, where you will play an important role in keeping operations organised, responsive and well supported.

• Provide administrative support across the distribution centre, including managing the DC inbox, coordinating documentation and assisting with key internal communications.
• As you help maintain smooth site operations, you will also support activities such as EA payroll processing, procurement of site supplies and PPE, proof of delivery and proof of collection requests, document archiving, and preparation of presentation materials for the leadership team.

• Roster: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
• Role Located: Wacol, QLD

What we are looking for

• Previous experience in an administration role within a warehouse, distribution centre or similar operational environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support consistent messaging across site teams and leadership
• Good systems and computer skills, including Excel & PowerPoint; SAP experience will be highly regarded
• Ability to prepare clear, professional documents and presentations, with PowerPoint skills advantageous
• Experience with timesheet entry, payroll support, procurement or document control will be beneficial
• A flexible and proactive approach, with the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders across the warehouse and management team
