We deliver projects across Australia, from large, established mining operations to greenfield developments. Our capabilities span mine development, production, cable bolting and drilling, raise boring, shotcreting, and fleet services.

The Opportunity

PYBAR is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our new project in Victoria. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in mining administration who is eager to grow their skillset and take on a new challenge.

You’ll work both autonomously and as part of a supportive team, providing vital administrative support across a range of site activities.

This is a full time position on a Monday to Friday roster. The role is primarily based on site at Sunday Creek. This position is best suited to someone based an hour north of Melbourne, with their own reliable transport.

You’ll play a key role in supporting our underground operations while gaining valuable skills, experience, and industry knowledge to grow your mining career.

What You Will Need To Succeed

• Previous administrative experience in Mining (Required)
• Certificate of Business Administration (Highly regarded)
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Great teamwork skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Valid C Class Manual Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Ability to meet all site access requirements (including Medical, Drug and Alcohol test, NPC, and valid Driver’s Licence)
• A strong commitment to safety
