Our client is a highly regarded manufacturer and supplier of specialised industrial equipment supporting clients across the mining, marine and broader industrial sectors. With a strong reputation, supportive management team and continued business growth, they are now looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to take ownership of their day-to-day warehouse operations.

Permanent Full-Time Opportunity
$75,000 – $90,000 + Superannuation

The Role: Reporting to the Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of the safe, efficient and accurate movement of goods throughout the warehouse.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise, support and develop a team of two Warehouse Assistants
  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receipting, picking, packing and dispatch
  • Manage inventory control, stocktakes, stock levels and warehouse system accuracy
  • Coordinate local, international and oversized freight, liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal teams
  • Provide hands-on warehouse support, including forklift operation, as required
  • Monitor workflow and drive improvements across warehouse processes, systems and overall efficiency
  • Maintain high standards across reporting, safety, quality and warehouse compliance

What do you need to be successful?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience across warehousing, logistics or inventory operations, including experience in a similar supervisory or management position
  • Valid Forklift Licence with demonstrated forklift operating experience
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
  • Strong experience managing stock, stocktakes, warehouse systems and freight coordination
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong organisation, communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol assessment
  • Certificate III in Warehousing Operations or similar highly regarded
