Warehouse Coordinator

Our client, a leader in Mining and Processing equipment both nationally and worldwide, is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for their Forrestfield location. The role will see you performing a variety of duties, ensuring receivals, stocktake, logistics, and overall processes are completed efficiently and of a high standard. The ideal candidate will be someone who loves working a close-knit team of professionals, who love what they do, and hope you will too! If interested, please see below details:

Basic Details:

• Location: Forrestfield Warehouse
• Pay: $85k-95k/year - depending on experience
• Commencement: ASAP Start
• Days/Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-4pm - fulltime permanent role

General Duties:

• Container unloading using the forklift
• Stock receival and labelling
• Generation of purchase orders
• Dispatch of stock to clients
• Regular communication with clients, internal staff, and other parties to ensure smooth intake and output of data and stock
• Use of client portals, Microsoft Word, and Excel

Criteria:
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following:

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse
• Professional and clear communication style
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Forklift Experience - up to 5T + HRWL; LF ESSENTIAL
• Confidence and strong understanding of warehouse operations
• The ability to work autonomously
• Full Australian Driver's Licence
• Australian Working Rights
• Experience working in a similar warehousing / technical environment & role
