About the Role
Pearl Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Warehouse/Forklift Operators for casual opportunities with a well-established logistics and industrial services organisation based in Bibra Lake.
These positions will see you working within a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment supporting container handling, stock movement and general warehouse operations. The business is known for its strong safety culture and structured operations.
Pay and Location Location: Bibra Lake, WA Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:30am or 7:30am start | 8-hour days Pay: $37.71 p/h + penalties (casual pay rate)
Key Responsibilities
- Operating forklifts to move and position stock
- Loading and unloading trucks and shipping containers
- Packing and unpacking shipping containers
- Moving products into and out of storage
- Tracking stock locations and assisting with inventory movements
- Completing basic paperwork and computer work relating to stock and deliveries
- Using two-way radios to communicate with other team members
- Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment and containers
- Handling a range of logistics products, including wool
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator, Warehouse Operator, Storeperson or similar
- Current Forklift Licence with demonstrated operating experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks and/or shipping containers
- Previous warehouse, logistics or distribution experience
- Basic computer skills and ability to complete relevant paperwork
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety
- Reliable work ethic and good communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
