Your new role

Shift Boss

As a Shift Boss, you'll be responsible for leading underground crews, coordinating daily mining activities and ensuring safe, productive operations are maintained throughout your shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Underground Shift Boss
• Valid S26
• Strong understanding of underground production and development activities
• Proven leadership and crew management experience
• Ability to interpret mine plans and production schedules

Jumbo Operator

Operate modern underground development jumbo drill rigs within established development crews. Working with industry-leading equipment, you'll be responsible for face drilling, installing ground support, and advancing development headings safely and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous underground Jumbo operating experience
• Experience operating Sandvik and/or Epiroc development drills
• Ability to install ground support including bolts and mesh
• Ability to read and follow mine plans

Long Hole Driller

Work on modern long hole production drill rigs in fast-paced underground production environments. Opportunities available for operators experienced across a variety of drill platforms.

Requirements:

• Previous underground Long Hole Drilling experience
• Ability to drill to plan and maintain production standards
• Knowledge of drill set-up and rig maintenance

Bogger

Operate underground loaders in production environments and play a critical role in achieving production targets through efficient mucking and material movement.

Requirements:

• Experience mucking production stopes and development headings
• Understanding of ore drive and stockpile management
• Ability to work autonomously underground

Charge Up

Join experienced production crews carrying out development and production charging activities. This role suits operators with a strong understanding of underground blasting procedures and explosives handling.

Requirements:

• Previous underground Charge Up experience
• Dangerous Goods Security Card
• WA Shotfirer's Licence
• Strong understanding of charging procedures and blast safety

Service Crew

Become an integral part of underground operations by maintaining critical mine infrastructure and supporting production and development crews.

Requirements:

• Previous underground Service Crew experience
• Experience with ventilation, dewatering and reticulation systems
• Poly welding experience highly regarded
• Pump and services installation experience
