We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Training Administrator to join our team and support our functional and operational teams to delivery internal and external training to develop our personnel.
Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented
Training Administrator to support the coordination
and booking of our internal and external training programs. This
role will be based out of either our Brisbane or Perth Head
Offices, in a Permanent Full Time (Monday – Friday) capacity. This
role works closely with the Regional Training Superintendents to
provide support for operations in multiple states including
Queensland and Western Australia.
The Training Administrator plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination and administration of training programs across the organisation. Working closely with operational leaders, training team members and employees, you will assist with scheduling of training, maintaining accurate training records, coordinating course enrolments, and supporting compliance with organisational and regulatory training requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating training activities, including scheduling, records management and reporting through our Learning Management System.
- Coordinating the booking for courses and training sessions with external RTO providers and facilitators.
- Liaising with Project Leaders and workers to provide administrative support for training programs, including sending course reminders, confirmations, and follow-up communication.
- Maintaining accurate training records, verification of licenses and qualifications and monitoring of expired qualifications to meet compliance and auditing requirements.
- Provide general administrative support to the training team including meeting coordination, document management, data entry and preparation of periodic reporting data.
- Contribute to the ongoing continuous improvement of training administrative processes and systems.
About You:
We are seeking submissions from suitable candidates to fill this pivotal role who can bring to the table:
- Experience in an administration role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic operational or training environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities from multiple stakeholders.
- Has an eye for detail ensuring the accuracy and integrity of systems and information.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft office suite and collaboration tools such as SharePoint and MS Teams.
- The ability to work autonomously and as a member of a broad functioning team.
- Personal integrity.
