About the Company

Unite Resourcing are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer for an ongoing FIFO opportunity in Pilbara, flying from Perth.

This role is suited to someone who is hands-on, safety-focused, and willing to support a variety of day-to-day site operations including cleaning, logistics, and general duties. Preference will be given to Indigenous candidates who are readily available and meet all compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining cribs, offices, toilets, ablutions, and general site areas
• Assisting with storeperson duties including stock checks and ordering supplies
• Completing courier runs both on and off site
• Driving site vehicles to transport personnel and materials
• Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and reporting issues
• Refuelling and cleaning vehicles in line with company standards
• Completing Take 5s, pre-starts, and required paperwork
• General site upkeep, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks
• Supporting the team with any additional day-to-day operational requirements

Essential requirements

• Australian or NZ Citizenship / Permanent Residency
• Valid manual C Class Driver’s Licence
• Current Police Clearance
• Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
