Description & Requirements

Monadelphous are seeking a Trainer Assessor to join the PNG Operations team based on site, on a casual basis as well as additional opportunities to work around Australia

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Provide functional training advice & expertise to personnel across the site.
  • Prepare training information into reports to meet reporting requirements.
  • Creates, develops and implements improved training processes.
  • Ensure all training processes and activities comply with relevant legislation and company policy.
  • Capture and analyse qualitative or quantitative training data to identify, research and address training needs.
  • Deliver programs and workshops; particularly internal systems training and assist to coordinate training across the site.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in supplying services to the industrial maintenance or resources industry is highly desirable.
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment is essential
  • Advanced Scaffolding Licence is essential
  • High risk assessor licence desirable
  • Administration skills essential
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian Training competency HSE legislation, mining legislation and industry standards combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
