15th July, 2026 Pearl Recruitment currently have multiple vacancies available for experienced  Trade Assistants, Labourers and Forklift Operators with reputable clients across Perth including both Hazelmere, Malaga and Landsdale locations. Please keep reading for more information:

Workshop Trade Assistant - Hazelmere Location
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 4:00pm + Saturday OT available
Rate: $35.00 - $40.00/hr + Super + Penalties
Job Scope: Assisting welders and fabricators with workshop assembly and maintenance works, operating forklifts to move structural steel and materials, loading/unloading trucks, preparing materials for transport, picking and organising parts, using hand and power tools (grinders, drills, impact drivers, measuring tools), and maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.
Specific Requirements: Forklift licence and previous operating experience, workshop/fabrication background, experience using hand and power tools.
**Labourer / Forklift Operator - Malaga Location
Hours:**Mon - Thurs 6:30am to 3pm, Fri 6:30am to 12:30pm
Rate:$36.00/hr + Super +Penalties **Job Scope:**Assisting with operation of panel and door production line including strapping, packing and labelling, setting up steel coils, manual handling of materials, cutting and processing, and general machine cleaning/maintenance. Forklift operation required. Specific Requirements: Forklift licence and previous experience in a similar TA/labouring role. Factory Hand / Labourer - Landsdale Location
Hours: Rotating Day & Afternoon Shift Roster
Day Shift: Mon - Thurs, 5:00am - 1:30pm | Fri, 5:00am - 11:00am
Afternoon Shift: Mon - Fri, 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Rate: Day Shift - $32.18/hr + Super | Afternoon Shift - $37.01/hr + Super
Job Scope: Operating machinery to manufacture mining equipment, basic welding using semi-automatic machines, operating hand and power tools, assisting with production processes, and forklift operation where licensed.
Specific Requirements: Previous factory experience essential. Forklift licence advantageous.
Essential Requirements:- WA Drivers licence and reliable transport
