About You / Requirements

• Certified Diesel Tradesperson
• Current Drivers Licence
• Previous experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role within the industry is highly regarded.
• Holds a current driver's/or MR license.
• Qualified Plant Mechanic.
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service in line with our Customer Support Charter.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using computers, smartphones, and technology-based reporting systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to use digital communication tools effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Pride in workmanship.
• Must have good organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office
