The Role

Working as a Systems Analyst across our Corporate and Business Systems function, you will play a key role in supporting, enhancing and optimising business systems across the organisation. The position will have a particular focus on Pronto Xi, enterprise reporting and analytics, and the practical use of modern automation and AI-enabled tools to improve business processes, data quality and decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points and priorities, translating these into clear business requirements and practical system solutions.
• Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations and enhancements from requirements gathering through testing, go-live and post-implementation support.
• Administer, configure and optimise corporate and business systems, including system changes, releases, upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate system integration testing, user acceptance testing and regression testing, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose before release.
• Provide functional support, analysis and continuous improvement for Pronto Xi, including finance, procurement, supply chain, asset and related business processes.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, reports and data models using Qlik and Microsoft Power BI, with a focus on replacing manual spreadsheet-based reporting with governed and reusable analytics.
• Improve data quality, integration, reconciliation and traceability between Pronto Xi, Qlik, Power BI and other corporate systems.
• Identify and deliver practical opportunities to use Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, AI-assisted analytics and workflow automation to improve requirements analysis, documentation, testing, reporting and user support.
• Apply appropriate governance, security, privacy, validation and human oversight when using AI-enabled tools or automations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Health & Safety, Major Projects and Operations.

About You

You are a collaborative and solutions-focused professional who builds strong relationships and can confidently work with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are a clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical outcomes.

You bring:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in information systems, business analysis, business systems, computer science, commerce, accounting, project management, mining, engineering or a related discipline is desirable.
• Business analysis, project management, ITIL, Agile, ERP, data analytics, or application-specific certifications would be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Pronto Xi is strongly preferred, including core ERP processes, reporting, integrations and data structures.
• Experience developing or supporting analytics solutions using Qlik and Microsoft Power BI is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot or other modern generative AI and automation tools will be highly regarded.
• Proven ability to build, improve or support dashboards, reports and data models, with working knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, SQL, APIs, ETL or integration concepts.
• Experience supporting ERP and corporate systems across finance, procurement, supply chain, HR/payroll, HSE, document management, workflow or reporting environments.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders and translate business needs into practical, well-governed system, data and process solutions.
• Sound judgement regarding AI governance, data privacy, security, output validation and responsible use.
• A continuous-improvement mindset and the confidence to challenge manual, duplicated or spreadsheet-heavy processes while maintaining appropriate controls and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Oracle EPM, Oracle HCM, INX, Quartex, Omega 365, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Intune, Purview or similar platforms will be advantageous.

This is a diverse role, being newly created you can make it your own. You will be based in our Perth City office working on a Monday-Friday basis. We are offering a competitive salary package which features a generous short-term incentive scheme.
