Supervisor - Rehabilitation | FIFO 8/6 (Days Only)

We are currently partnering with a leading mining operator to recruit an experienced Supervisor for an 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to large-scale rehabilitation and earthworks programs within a well-established mining environment.

This role operates on an 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth (days only), paid at 12 hours per day, with a competitive hourly rate.

About the Role

Reporting to the Superintendent - Rehab Operations, you will be part of a rehabilitation execution team responsible for the governance and delivery of earthworks and closure projects delivered by contractor partners.

As the Supervisor, you will lead external teams across the full project lifecycle including scoping, planning, and execution of rehabilitation works.

Key Responsibilities

• Work management including scoping, planning, and safe execution of rehabilitation, closure, and asset management projects
• Ensuring compliance with statutory legislation, internal standards, and project specifications
• Applying risk management frameworks, including critical control verification and auditing
• Contractor management, including project risk assessments and performance oversight
• Supporting infrastructure project supervisors across site where required
• Acting in step-up capacity for Superintendent coverage when needed

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience in mining or large-scale earthworks supervision
• Strong background in contractor management within a site-based environment
• Experience operating within structured safety and risk frameworks
• Schedule 26 Execution Supervisor experience
• Exposure to SAP / Fiori or similar work management systems (desirable)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and influencing capability
• A positive, team-oriented mindset
• Experience working with Indigenous-owned contractor groups (highly regarded)

This position is based on a FIFO 8/6 roster (days only) from Perth to site via Port Hedland. You will be working within a well-established operation that promotes a collaborative and inclusive site culture.
