About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to lead and coordinate mobile maintenance activities across site. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll provide operational leadership to maintenance teams while ensuring equipment availability, reliability and safety targets are consistently achieved. You'll work closely with operations, planning and procurement teams to deliver maintenance strategies, optimise equipment performance and support continuous improvement across the fleet.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobile maintenance teams to deliver safe, reliable and efficient outcomes
• Drive a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with site and company standards
• Deliver maintenance strategies that maximise equipment availability and reliability
• Coordinate planned maintenance, repairs and breakdown response activities
• Manage resources and maintenance activities to achieve production targets
• Develop and support supervisors and maintenance team members
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve maintenance performance and operational results
• Champion continuous improvement across maintenance processes and systems

What You'll Bring

• Mechanical, Heavy Mobile Equipment or relevant trade qualification
• Significant experience leading maintenance teams within a mining environment
• Strong understanding of equipment reliability, maintenance planning and fleet performance
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to coach, mentor and develop teams
• Experience managing maintenance resources, budgets and operational priorities
• Commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement
• SAP or similar maintenance management system experience highly regarded
