About the Role
Pearl Recruitment is advertising two Spray Painter positions in Western Australia: Guildford and Welshpool. Guildford location offers $55/Hr + Super, Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM. Welshpool location offers $34.96/Hr + Penalties + Super, Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM. Both roles involve painting mining and industrial equipment with on-site parking and strong development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing surfaces of mining equipment and machinery for painting by cleaning, sanding and masking (Guildford)
- Ensuring all paint work complies with safety and environmental regulations (Guildford)
- Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas to ensure efficient and safe operations (Guildford)
- Spray painting various machinery component surfaces (mainly industrial radiators) (Welshpool)
- Preparing mechanical components for painting (Welshpool)
- Full Training Provided!! (Welshpool)
About You / Requirements
- A recognised Australian Trade Certificate in Spray Painting
- Experience working on mining and construction equipment
- Abrasive blasting and salt preparation experience (desirable)
- Driver’s licence and car to get to and from work
- Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
- Ability to provide a national police clearance
- Full Australian working rights
