Our client is global leader for the management and of Water Treatment Facilities. Due to growth, and expansion of the plant they are seeking an experienced SMP Supervisor with strong heavy industry fixed plant experience, to join their team.
About the Role
As the SMP Construction Supervisor, you will provide technical leadership and day-to-day supervision of SMP Construction and installs, ensuring the successful delivery of all fixed plant assets.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Work with other teams to ensure SMP Delivery is running to specification, schedule and safely.
- Working with direct labour and various sub-contractors and reporting back issues to management
- Offering problem solving for all SMP Construction issues.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with Australian Standards, client specifications and engineering best practice.
To be Successful
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 10+ years’ relevant experience within water, heavy industrial or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience as a SMP Supervisor on similar construction projects
- Strong experience delivering brownfields projects within operational facilities.
- Sound understanding of Australian Standards, engineering codes and industry best practice.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage competing priorities.
- Full Australian working rights.

Further Details
- Location: Kwinana
- Contract: 18-month fixed term, view to extend
- Salary: $170K per annum + Super (negational based on experience)
- Hours of work: Monday – Friday: 40 hours per week
