Site Administrator - South Walker Creek - EOI

In anticipation of potential growth in the coming months, we are curren tly seeking expressions of interest from experienced Site Administrators for a Full-Time, 7 days on 7 days off, up to 12 hours per day, day shift only roster that will likely be Wednesday to Tuesday. The position will service our northern Bowen Basin projects and be based at our South Walker Creek project which is approximately 90 minutes west of Mackay along the Peak Downs Highway.

Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager East and site Project Leaders, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Preparing daily production reports
• Being a point of contact with respect to general office and admin queries and issues
• Managing flight and camp accommodation bookings
• Assisting with payroll preparation and queries
• Production and safety data entry
• Accounts work in respect to raising purchase orders and receipting them

Highly desirable skills include:

• Accurate data entry
• High level written communication
• Multi-tasking and meeting tight reporting deadlines daily
• Adaptable to change and interruptions
• Intermediate computer literacy
