The Role

We’re looking for a Site Administrator – Health & Safety to join our Mt Magnet operation in a role that goes beyond traditional admin.

This position sits at the heart of site compliance, training coordination and HSE systems, with real ownership across processes that keep the operation running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate site inductions, onboarding and training requirements
• Maintain training and competency records within INX systems
• Support SDS compliance and HSE system administration
• Raise and manage purchase orders and invoices through Pronto
• Assist with compliance reporting, audits and corrective actions
• Support document control and HSE processes

About You

• Previous experience in a site-based admin or HSE support role
• Hands-on experience with INX (InControl/InTuition) and Pronto
• Strong attention to detail and systems capability
• Confident communicator who can engage with site teams and contractors
