About the Role
Provide Administrative support to our Project Team, working closely with leaders and crews to enable safe, efficient and compliant delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, leave management, travel and accommodation coordination
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement
- General data entry
- Raise requisitions and receipt purchase orders as required
- Reporting
About You / Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Administrator role (preferably at an underground mine)
- Advanced in the use of Microsoft Office
- Experience using SuccessFactors (Ideal)
- Strong attention to detail and service mindset
- Clear communication and ability to work with different teams
- Commitment to safety, respect and doing things the right way
- Current Manual Australian Drivers Licence (Essential)

- Roster: 14:14 (all Days)
- DIDO from Kalgoorlie area
- FIFO from Perth
