About the Role

Primero is seeking to appoint an experienced Site Administrator for a key construction project in WA working a 2:1 roster from Perth. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be a pivotal part of large project but based in a small fun team who ensure the project runs smoothly.

About You / Requirements

• 3 years’ + experience in a Site Administration position
• FIFO experience is a MUST
• Experience booking flights and accommodation
• Experience with entry / collation of timesheets is highly advantageous
• High proficiency with Microsoft office (especially Excel) to manage rosters of teams up to 300 + people.
• High level of attention to detail is essential
• Strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated, proactive and able to work unsupervised
• A team player who prides themselves on going the extra mile and likes to have FUN!
• 2:1 roster from Perth
