Job Description

  • Full-time, permanent position with a base salary, STIP bonus and attractive benefits package based at our Bluebird site based in Meekatharra

THE ROLE

  • Maintain safety records and update operational databases accurately
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports; process production and development data
  • Monitor office inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Engage with management, employees, suppliers, and community stakeholders effectively
  • Manage leave, absences and update rosters and INX as required
  • Prepare purchase orders for labour and services; update manning and resourcing sheets weekly
  • Maintain digital files, prepare documents, and manage general IT-related tasks
  • Manage schedules, rosters, travel arrangements, and general site administration tasks
  • Assist with mobilisation processes, consulting with medical and mobilisation teams
  • Manage evacuation reports, attendance checks, breathalyser sheets, and travel bookings for new starters and interstate employees

WHAT DO I NEED

  • Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence
  • 2 years experience in administrative roles supporting underground mining or drilling operations
  • INX Software experience, InFlight & InTuition, (essential)
  • Pronto software experience (essential)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • LiveMine software experience (desirable)
  • Roster management
  • Confidence working independently and managing shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking
  • A positive, team-focused attitude with a can-do approach
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to integrity
  • A solid work ethic and drive to work efficiently and responsibly
  • Organised and flexible, able to respond effectively in dynamic environments
