Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Shift Production Operators for ongoing work at a mineral sands mine near Cooljarloo, located approximately 2 hours north of Perth.

About the Role

This is a fixed plant-focused production role suited to candidates who are safety-conscious, reliable, and keen to learn and develop their mining

industry experience.

💰 $55.11 per hour

📍 Cooljarloo (DIDO)

🗓️ Even Time Roster - 4 Days On, 4 Days Off, 4 Nights On, 4 Days Off

⏰ 12 Hour Shifts

🏕️ Camp Accommodation Provided

Role Requirements

• Team-oriented with a strong safety focus
• Comfortable working on and around water
• Previous fixed plant and/or mining experience highly regarded
• White Card, Confined Space Entry (CSE) and Working at Heights (W@H) desirable
• Reliable transport to site
• Full Working Rights Required
• Ability to pass a medical + drug & alcohol screen

Highly Regarded

• Rigging and Dogging tickets
• Pump knowledge
• Spiral plant operations experience
• Dinghy operating experience
