About the Role

This is an entry-level FIFO Service Attendant role based in Western Australia. Full-time positions require ability to commit to a consistent 2 week-on, 1 week-off roster. Fly-in/Fly-out from Perth airport. Casual roles require flexibility and reliability to work across changing swings and rosters, with opportunity to visit different sites and gain experience across a variety service attendant areas. This is an entry-level role which can lead to many more opportunities for your future.

Key Responsibilities

• Working across a range of functions to support operational needs
• Housekeeping/Cleaning accommodation rooms (aka “dongas”)
• Assisting in the Kitchen and Dining Room service areas - food handling and food preparation required
• Mine Site Cleaning of Offices, Crib rooms and Ablution Blocks
• Providing customer service in the Tavern or Retail shop
• Maintaining cleanliness of outdoor areas and common areas

About You / Requirements

• It is a prerequisite for this role that candidates are currently residing in WA
• You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and, day or night shifts as required
• Ability to endure remote environment in extreme heat or weather conditions
• Ability to multi-task and assist in other areas with positive teamwork approach
• Ability to understand the requirements of safe work and safety protocols
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
• Unlimited Australian working rights
• WA Drivers Licence highly desirable

Qualifications & Certifications

• Working with Children Check (where applicable)
