About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised Branch Administrator to support our Mudgee branch with a mix of customer service, administration, and coordination duties.

This is a varied, fast-paced role where you’ll support the branch across administration, invoicing, HSE coordination and customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day admin support to the branch.
• Manage customer enquiries (phone & face-to-face).
• Assist with invoicing, purchase orders and vehicle coordination.
• Maintain safety and compliance registers.
• Coordinate travel, calendars and office supplies.
• Support service operations and reporting.

About You / Requirements

• Previous experience in an administration or service support role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail with solid data entry accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently.
• Experience with SAP (desirable).
• Current driver’s licence.
