About You

This is an opportunity where your experience will help shape the future.

From the start, you’ll be:

• Taking ownership of geological interpretation, 3D modelling and Mineral Resource estimation, applying your experience across Medallion’s gold and copper assets and helping build robust, defensible models as projects advance towards production.
• Working closely with operational and resource geology teams to strengthen geological understanding, data quality and QAQC, while ensuring resource work is completed to appropriate JORC and governance standards.
• Helping establish the technical foundations for future operations, applying your experience in resource estimation and, ideally, underground production or grade control to develop practical systems and models that support confident mining decisions.

To be successful in this role, you'll be an experienced Resource Geologist with a relevant geology qualification and strong capability across geological interpretation, 3D modelling and Mineral Resource estimation. This is a hands-on role requiring the confidence to take ownership of resource models, work closely with operational and technical teams, and deliver robust geological outcomes that support Medallion as it progresses towards production. The position is based in Medallion's West Perth office.
