Your Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Senior Process Engineer to join our growing Process and Studies Team.

This role will be based at our Osborne Park head office initially however by the end of 2026 we will be relocating to our new Head Office on St Georges Tce, Perth.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of project design products with the Design Procedure.
• Ensure design products comply with applicable legislation, standards, client, third party and project requirements.
• Ensure design products are delivered in accordance with the project schedule and budget.
• Provide advice and expertise to the design progress, issues, holds, change, risk, and deliverables register.
• Ensure designs are fit for purpose and consider all aspects, including, cost, constructability, operability, and maintainability.

What You ‘Can Do’

• A degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mineral Processing or Chemical Engineering or related disciplines (recognised by IEAust).
• 7+ years’ experience in process design, HAZOPS and commissioning; specialising in minerals processing projects.
• Balance of plant – FEED experience is desirable.
• Site experience on an operational mine site and/or site commissioning.
• Thorough knowledge and practical application of relevant industry codes of practice.
• Ability to rapidly understand and assimilate project and client specific requirements.
• Knowledge and practical application of design theories, principles and practices.
• Sound expertise in technical detail of Process Engineering.
• Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively within a multi-discipline environment.
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills.
• Demonstrated planning and organisation skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to continued professional development.
• Strong work ethic.
