• 4:4 roster DS/NS, 12-hour shifts
• Kwinana Area
• Full Time Position with the Client

About Our Client

PROXA Australia is a water treatment company that offers a range of water management services that cover the entire water cycle. Their aim is to support industrial expansion, whilst protecting the planet.
Proxa will be constructing a new water treatment plant at the existing Alcoa Kwinana Refinery and providing ongoing water management solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

Reporting to the Operations Superintendent, you will be:

• Leading and coordinating Process Controllers on shift ensuring all operational tasks are completed safely and efficiently
• Serving as the Statutory Supervisor during assigned shifts with accountability for site safety and compliance
• Monitoring all process units to ensure stable performance, conducting plant inspections, permit-to-work inspections and safety checks
• Ensuring full compliance with all Proxas SHEQ standards, Worksafe regulations and maintaining accurate logs

What You Will Need

• Cert III in Water or Wastewater Treatment Operations
• Minimum 8 years experience in industrial water treatment process, or process plant operations with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory capacity
• Schedule 26 Supervisor accreditation or meet requirements to obtain
• Previous experience at Alcoa Kwinana highly advantageous
• Limited Electrical Licence advantageous
• Proficiency with MS Office and SCADA systems
• Current and valid Australian Drivers Licence
• Ability to pass a Pre-employment medical
