About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer to join our Technical Services team based in Perth. This role provides critical technical support across multiple operations, with occasional site travel required.

Working closely with site teams and leadership, you will play a key role in mine planning, optimisation, and mentoring junior engineers, contributing to safe and efficient operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across site operations and planning functions
• Assist with life-of-mine planning, budgets, and reserve development
• Deliver strategic and operational mine planning guidance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise performance
• Mentor and develop junior engineers across the business
• Collab orate with geology and operations teams to maximise outcomes
• Contribute to reporting, analysis, and decision-making processes

About You

• Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering (or similar)
• 10+ years’ experience in underground mining environments
• Strong experience across short, medium, and long-term planning
• Proficiency in Deswik and/or Surpac
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams
• Current WA driver’s licence and ability to travel to site as required
