• As Senior People Advisor at our Granny Smith mine, you’ll hold an influential site-based position, partnering closely with leaders and employees to drive strong outcomes across culture, engagement, and performance, where your impact will be seen and felt every day.

You’ll be trusted to

• Lead with Influence - provide coaching and advice on employee relations, performance, and people matters.
• Investigations Leadership - conduct complex investigations with a balanced, people-centred approach.
• Deliver Meaningful HR Initiatives - lead and implement site-based HR projects aligned to business and People strategy, wellbeing and the overall employee experience.
• Champion Inclusion & Diversity - embed diversity, inclusion, and culture-focused outcomes into everyday practice.
• Ensure Compliance - maintain strong governance through legislative and policy-aligned HR practices.

• Confidence leading tough conversations, investigations, and outcomes with fairness, efficiency and balance.
• The ability to coach leaders through ambiguity and build capability, not dependency
• You thrive on site, value connection, and understand how culture shows up in the day‑to‑day
• You’ve got relevant qualifications, a current driver’s licence, and the practical HR experience to back it up.
