About the Role

Support production performance through fleet management system monitoring, reporting and dispatch activities while helping optimise fleet utilisation across site.

• Location: Telfer, Western Australia
• Roster: 8/6

Responsibilities

• Monitor fleet performance and support achievement of the mine plan
• Analyse and report on operational data using fleet management systems
• Support fleet utilisation and productivity improvements
• Maintain accurate equipment and operational data
• Work closely with Production and Maintenance teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and safe work practices

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in open pit mining operations
• Experience with Modular Mining or similar fleet management systems
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
