Senior Allrouncer Mobile Plant Operator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Allrounder Operator to join our mining client on a long‑term project in Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly capable operator who can confidently run a range of production machines and contribute as a senior, reliable member of the team.

Your new role

Working with our mining client, you will operate a variety of large-scale production equipment, including:

• Hitachi 2600 Excavators
• Dozers – CAT D11 / Komatsu D475
• Wheel Loaders – CAT 993
• Graders – CAT 16 & 24

You’ll support daily production targets, maintain a strong safety focus, and provide leadership or guidance to less experienced operators when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience operating multiple pieces of heavy mobile plant
• Mandatory production mining site experience
• Current VOCs / nationally recognised machinery tickets
• HR Driving Licence
• Ability to work autonomously in a senior capacity
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical & drug/alcohol screen
• A positive attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
