Northern Star currently has a 12 months fixed term opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Administrator to oversee the site administration department and ensure the effective delivery of services as required at our world-class Thunderbox Operations. This opportunity is offered on 8 days on, 6 days off roster, FIFO ex Perth
Here is what awaits you.
- Develop and maintain systems, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage Business Services budget, including cost control and financial reporting
- Oversee day-to-day village operations across Thunderbox operations
- Manage contractor relationships, including catering services and maintenance coordination
- Build strong working relationships with onsite administration and long-term contractors
- Administer INX Inflight and +Process systems, including support and compliance
- Support site operations through team leadership, aerodrome check-ins, admin coordination, and Site Administration Coordinator coverage
To thrive in this role, you will need.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a site administration role, with prior FIFO experience essential.
Experience: Experience with INX (Inflight) and pronto is essential, along with strong computer skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
