Working within our Sales Execution team, you will gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of high-value customer orders across mining and construction equipment, while building a strong foundation in commercial operations.
Roster – 5 Days, 8.5 Hrs/Day
This is a detail-intensive, process-driven position where accuracy and organisation are essential. You will play a key role in coordinating and administering sales activities, ensuring contracts, pricing, and delivery requirements are accurate and aligned.
What You'll Do:
- Own the administrative coordination of sales contracts, including machine orders, pricing adjustments, and documentation.
- Validate and reconcile key commercial data such as costs, margins, invoicing, and asset tracking
- Support the end-to-end order lifecycle – from contract creation through to delivery and final invoicing
- Manage multiple systems and datapoints to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal processes
- Review and interpret contractual terms and conditions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Track order progress and resolve discrepancies to ensure timely delivery and strong customer focus
This role has a direct financial impact, requiring strong attention to detail and accountability, as even small errors can influence margins and overall business performance.
Skills & Experience:
- A recent graduate in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical ad numerical skills with a high attention to detail
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks
- Confidence working across multiple systems and handling complex data
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to collaborate across teams
- A genuine interest in commercial operations and learning how businesses run behind the scenes
