Sales Executive

About the Company

Our client is a leading provider of road transport equipment solutions. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team based in East Perth.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business, managing customer relationships and achieving sales growth across your allocated region.

• Identifying, targeting and securing new customers.
• Managing field-based sales opportunities and maintaining an active pipeline.
• Preparing and submitting quotations in line with company processes.
• Monitoring quote conversion rates, margins and pricing requirements.
• Providing after-sales follow-up to encourage customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Re-engaging previous customers and identifying new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate sales activity and reporting through CRM systems.
• Supporting sales forecasting, planning and business development activities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Attending sales meetings and contributing to business strategy discussions.
• Providing market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous road transport or related industry experience (essential).
• Previous business development or direct sales experience (ideally).
• Excellent organisation skills, professionalism and high attention to detail.
• Intermediate computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft Office and general CRM/sales reporting systems.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to meet sales targets, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Full working rights.
• Ability to provide a National Police Clearance.
