About the Role

SRG Global is seeking experienced Rope Access Boilermakers to join our team across ongoing maintenance and capital works opportunities in the Southwest.

We’re looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, take pride in their work and are committed to building strong working relationships while developing their skills alongside experienced tradespeople.

• Ongoing maintenance and capital works opportunities
• Monday to Friday roster, with 40–50 hours per week
• Standard working hours of 6:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Casual employment

Qualifications & Certifications

The successful applicant will have:

• Current IRATA qualification
• Valid driving licence
• Boilermaker trade qualification
• Ability to pass 3G and 6G qualifications
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Confined Space (within 2 years)
• Construction Induction Card (White or Blue Card)
• Ability to pass site and company medical testing requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proven trade experience in boilermaking and welding activities
• Conduct rope access work, ensuring projects run smoothly and according to scope
• Fit rope access equipment and complete pre-use checks
• Liaise with the Site Manager/Supervisor regarding any issues
• Maintain all equipment

Desirable: High Risk Work Licence, including rigging, forklift and EWP, etc.
