About the Company

Our client is a leading mining company who is looking for a Recruitment Officer to join their recruitment team on an ongoing, full-time basis. This will be a fast paced working environment, offering excellent experience within the mining industry, mainly recruiting for entry-level FIFO roles.

$75,000 - $90,000 + Super (Pending Experience)

What will this position entail?

This role will see you recruiting mainly for entry-level FIFO positions, including Drillers Offsiders, Trade Assistants and some Mobile Plant Operators.
On average, our client aims for approx.. 20 placements per week and generally will conduct 6-8 interviews per day.
Depending on experience level of the Recruiter, you will either be responsible for phone screening, booking interviews for more Senior Recruiters to complete and assisting with compliance, or conducting the interviews yourself.
There will be solid training with a Senior Recruiter or direct training from the General Manager.
Exposure to fast paced, easy to fill positions with lots of applications!
Permanent, full-time position with annual & sick leave.
Little to no cold calling of candidates due to the entry level nature of the positions recruited.
Immediate start is available.
Location 2-3 minutes away from the Subiaco train station.

How can I be successful?

Previous recruitment experience (ideally blue collar) OR strong admin experience and positive attitude.
Proven organisational skills and ability to multi task.
Full Australian working rights and available for long-term, ongoing work.
