Recruitment Consultant
MPI Recruitment
Job Description
Tired of being treated like you’re no good at recruitment?
You've closed two offers this morning, but your manager wants to know why you’re already 13 calls behind target.
So, you jump back on the phone and call a potential client, only to be told you’re the sixth recruiter from your company today. And nobody’s recorded these calls in the CRM.
Feel familiar?
We’ll trust you to run your desk without looking over your shoulder and second-guessing yourself.
Run your own desk without people in your lane
You’ll bring your expertise into mining and technical recruitment. You’ll manage your relationships and you’ll decide how you get your results. And when you need your manager, they’re here.
You’ll have the right tools and full backing to make your job easier: integrated tech, marketing, onboarding, payroll, and business development teams, so you’re freed up to focus on what you do best.
You’ll work with supportive consultants, who'll refer people to you rather than push you aside for them. You’ll also work with some of the biggest names in mining. 95% of the time you’ll be speaking with people who’ve heard of you, so you can build your desk without worrying how long it’ll take for your first placement to land.
A positive workplace with the rewards to match
You’ll be based in West Perth, a 5-minute walk from the CBD. You can work one day from home each week. When you need a holiday, we'll look after your desk, so you’re not coming back to 500 emails.
If you’re ambitious, you can choose where your career goes. You set your own KPIs, your own pace, and where you want to be months or years from now.
Culture isn’t a buzzword here. MPI won the 2025 Constructive Culture Award for supportive leadership and employee experience. Everyone pulls together to make it a great place to work.
You can also enjoy a highly competitive salary and one of the industry's most rewarding bonus structures.
