With major projects, shutdowns and long-term maintenance contracts across WA, we need a Recruitment Advisor who loves recruitment, thrives when things get busy and knows how to find great people.

You’ll work across a diverse operational workforce and play a key role in getting the ****right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

What you’ll be doing****

• Own end-to-end recruitment across a high-volume workforce
• Recruit across trades, access, supervision, projects and operational roles
• Proactively source candidates and build strong talent pipelines
• Screen, interview and manage candidates through the recruitment process
• Build relationships with candidates so they want to work with Breight Group — and come back again
• Help us continually improve how we attract and recruit great people

What we’re looking for
You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need to enjoy recruitment and be comfortable with pace and volume.

You’ll be someone who:

• Has recruitment experience, ideally within mining, resources, construction, trades or labour hire
• Can manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities without losing momentum
• Is confident picking up the phone and finding people — not just waiting for applications
• Communicates well and builds strong relationships
• Is organised, proactive and follows things through
• Enjoys being part of a team and pitching in when things get busy
