About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Loader Operator to join our high-performing quarry team. You will be responsible for loading customer trucks, managing stockpiles, maintaining product quality, and supporting production in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This is a full-time role with a minimum of 45–50 hours per week, providing consistent and reliable work.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a loader safely and efficiently within a busy quarry environment
• Load customer trucks accurately and promptly to meet delivery requirements
• Manage stockpiles to ensure product quality and compliance
• Conduct basic quality assurance checks on materials
• Support high-volume production demands
• Complete daily pre-start checks and report maintenance issues
• Adhere to all safety, traffic management, and environmental procedures
• Provide professional customer service to truck drivers and site visitors
• Communicate effectively with weighbridge, production, and site teams

About You

• Proven loader operating experience in quarry, mining, or civil industries
• Valid Loader (LL) ticket – essential
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance
• Understanding of product quality and basic QA processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in a high-volume environment
• Willing and able to work a minimum of 45–50 hours per week
• Ability to pass Drug Screen
