About the Role

• Coordinate material take-offs across Civil, Structural and E&I commodities, supporting the Group QS team with project delivery.
• Manage subcontractor packages, including tendering, performance, payments, variations and claims.
• Administer head and subcontract contracts, ensuring notices, delays and contractual requirements are managed within required timeframes.
• Monitor design changes, remeasurement activities and variations to maximise commercial recovery.
• Support cost control, reporting and commercial compliance across project activities.
• Provide advice on commercial risks and contractual obligations to project stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors, representing Civmec's commercial interests in meetings and negotiations.
• Maintain contract records, registers and documentation in line with company and quality standards.
• Drive the timely closeout of subcontract packages, claims and commercial deliverables.

About You / Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Civil construction industry experience
• Quantity Surveying/Contracts Administration expertise
• Contract compliance knowledge
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Cooperative, proactive client relationship approach
• Contract compliance focus (desirable but not essential)
